About The Lodge

Welcome to our luxurious new Lodge in Duck Creek Village, Utah. The Lodge consists of six units. The two top story units have an extra 400 sq. ft loft. Enjoy all the comforts of modern architecture tastefully highlighted with local rustic wood accents. Relax on Premium Egyptian Cotton bedding and luxurious pillow top queen size mattresses, in one of the three bedrooms the other two bedrooms have Cal-kings. The master has it’s own bath, while the other two rooms share Jack and Jill bathrooms. There is a fourth bathroom for guests.

Make use of the well appointed modern kitchen for entertaining lots of company, as we’re equipped to sleep 8 comfortably per unit on the lower levels. The 3rd floor has two units which each sleep 12-14 comfortably. The lofts sleep six with ease featuring one full bed and two queen size air mattresses.

Enjoy the view from the extensive windows facing to the south, overlooking Duck Creek Meadow, across from the Village itself. Or walk around the 1600 ft deck that completely surrounds every floor. We regularly count upwards of 50 deer coming into the meadow at dusk and recently have been entertained by a family of foxes that hunts and plays in the meadow. You can almost always see a few Red Tail Hawks and Falcons cruising over the meadow, swooping down occasionally to pull a fish out of the creek, or some tasty morsel from the grassy meadow. Watch for the extremely social marmots that sun themselves on the rocks below. When you decide you want to stretch your legs a bit, take a walk down into the meadow itself, and see where Duck Creek disappears into sink holes on the east edge of the meadow…not to be seen again for 13 miles…where it flows into the Sevier River…Check with Mike our on-site owner/operator, he will point you in the right direction. You also may be able to arrange for him to take you on a guided tour of some of the areas lesser known wonders…summer or winter! ATVs such as dirt bikes, quads, and side X sides or snowmobiles, he can get you there. An added Bonus is that the roads to our Lodge are maintained year round.

It’s absolutely wonderful to spend any day including the holidays here at the Lodge. The community celebrates with live music, BBQ and whatever else they can come up with during the different holiday seasons.

If you have never experienced Duck Creek Days, You are missing out on an incredible time. It’s a Carnival in the Meadow with lots of different Arts, Crafts, and food booths and the Famous Duck Creek Village Annual Chili Cook Off!!

Why You Shoud Choose The Lodge!

My family spent our Christmas weekend here. Our unit was very nice, the kitchen had just about everything you needed. The fire pit was awesome on the cold nights. Owner is great! We will definitely be back again!

Situated about half way between Bryce and Zion, this is a great place to stay. All the villas are 3 bedroom suites of around 1400 square feet. 2 1/2 baths. :Linens are better than hotel grade and our mattress was great.

The kitchen is well stocked, and meal preparation there is not a problem. Beside the well furnished kitchen, there is a 4-burner grill outside on the deck that is hooked up to piped-in propane. Ours was clean and well-maintained.

Large TV and fireplace in the living room, and great views off the front porch.

What you need to know is that the nearest full grocery store is 20 (?) miles away, so buying groceries on the way is a must unless you like to drive or plan to eat out. The restaurants in Duck Creek are fine, but nothing to write home about. So plan ahead.

Both John and Jim went out f their way to make sure everything was right. Very accommodating.

We'll go back again.

Our family had a blast! We stayed in "Eagles Landing" and it was a great cabin. Lots of room, great amenities, and what a view! We rented a couple rzr's and had a blast! Mike is awesome, he set up a fire in his pit for us and made sure our family had a great time. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Duck Creek, The Lodge, is worth checking out. It is like a home away from home!

5 star ratingJust a perfect place to get away from heat.  We had 5 days of relaxing and just "lazy-ing" around the cabin.  The place is so clean, neat and complete with kitchen appliances and utensils.  The bathrooms were clean complete with towels and rolls of bathroom tissue.  The laundry room with detergent.  The dining and living room large enough for 8 - 10 people (but there was only 4 in our party and 1 dog).  Also, the cabin we had was the dog-friendly and doggie bags where provided, as well as a treat in a cookie jar for doggie.  The scenic view is fantastic.  We also visited Bryce Canyon and Panguich, that was pretty cool.  This place just ROCKS!!!!!

Thank you sooooo much Mike and Kristine.  Just perfect host/hostess/owner/manager!!!  Mike and Kristine are just the best!!!!!  They ROCK!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
